About Us
Everyday Health and Fitness is primarily a mobile Personal Training company created by Sport and Exercise Scientists. We also offer Exercise Physiology at ‘Granville Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Centre’. Part of the guarantee of our service is due to our extensive knowledge of the human body and how it responds to exercise.

The trainers at Everyday Health and Fitness are passionate about improving the health of all Australians. We encourage families to become active as a whole, not just mum or dad. We also teach you how to enjoy exercise, rather than avoid it. Most importantly, we train you to become self-reliant, so that you will adhere to regular exercise – Everyday! – and therefore continue to improve your quality of life.

Everyday Health and Fitness offers something for everyone. We provide one-on-one and group exercise training for both the general and clinical populations. We believe that our services are of the highest quality. Why?
